Who We Are
The Ariel Center for Cosmetic Surgery is a Tijuana-based aesthetic surgery program working in close coordination with the Obesity Control Center (OCC), one of the longest-running bariatric programs in Mexico. Our focus is on facial rejuvenation, post-weight-loss body contouring, and reconstructive plastic surgery for international patients.
Educational Mission
DeepPlaneFaceliftMexico.com is an independent educational landing page within the OCC & Ariel Center network. Its purpose is to help prospective patients understand facial aging, surgical options, candidacy considerations, risks, recovery, and how cross-border care is coordinated — without promotional or guaranteed-outcome language.
Coordination with OCC
For post-bariatric patients, the Ariel Center coordinates with the OCC bariatric team to time body-contouring and facial procedures appropriately after weight stabilization and nutritional optimization.
