Testimonials Policy

Consent-Gated Only

We publish patient testimonials only with written, informed consent from the patient. Consent covers use of the story, use of any images, the scope of distribution (website, marketing materials), and the patient's right to withdraw consent in the future.

Honest Placeholder

Where we do not yet have consented stories to publish for a given topic, we display an honest placeholder — for example, "Patient stories coming soon. We publish stories only with written patient consent." We do not fabricate stories to fill space.

Results Vary

Every testimonial is accompanied by a "results vary" disclosure. Individual surgical outcomes depend on anatomy, health status, surgical planning, technique, adherence to recovery instructions, and factors outside anyone's control. A single patient's experience does not predict any other patient's outcome.

No Compensation for Testimonials

We do not pay patients for testimonials.

Photo Policy

Before/after photos follow a separate photo policy, including surgical documentation standards and consent scope.
